Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated, high-energy, and results-driven Telemarketer / Lead Generator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your primary responsibility is to conduct outbound calls, engage prospects, collect basic information, and seamlessly transition qualified leads to our licensed agents.

Salary Range: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone voice.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
• Persuasive and persistent, with a positive and resilient attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using our software and telemarketing tools.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Google Suite or Microsoft Office.

• Outbound Prospecting: Conduct high-volume outbound calls daily to prospective clients using our dialing system.
• Live Transfers: Successfully qualify leads and execute live, warm transfers to insurance agents.
• Data Collection: Gather accurate and relevant information from prospects to update our CRM database.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule follow-up appointments and consultations for the sales team.
• Brand Representation: Maintain a professional, positive, and helpful demeanor on every call.
