Beverage Manager Position

Pay: $90-105K DOE

Our client seeks a Beverage Manager!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of multiple food and beverage outlets.
• Implement policies, procedures, and service standards to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise Team Members.
• Resolve guest and employee concerns, complaints, and operational issues.
• Manage labor costs, operating expenses, inventory, and beverage purchasing.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, liquor, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of related food and beverage management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience managing multiple F&B outlets and knowledge of POS systems.
• Strong knowledge of liquor, wine, beer, and applicable state liquor regulations.
• Excellent communication, organization, multitasking, and leadership skills; ability to work flexible schedules and obtain required licenses.
