Upscale Restaurant seeks a Bar Manager to manage, supervise, support and administrate the bar operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in an F&B Management role
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a high-end restaurant
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a high-volume cocktail bar
• Experience in a 5-star hotel preferred
• Barista experience preferred
• Competition achievements preferred
• European Bartender School preferred
• WSET Level 2 or higher preferred

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day bar operations and ensure service consistently meets standards
• Lead, train, schedule, and develop the bar team, including performance management and onboarding
• Manage beverage inventory, stock levels, purchasing, supplier relationships, and cost controls
• Monitor budgets, expenses, cash reporting, and overall financial performance of the bar
• Maintain strong knowledge of the cocktail, wine, digestif, and beverage programs and participate actively in service
• Handle guest relations and service recovery while building relationships with regulars and VIP guests
• Work closely with the GM, Head Sommelier, and other departments to drive revenue, improve operations, and ensure smooth communication
