🔧 AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• • Deliver exceptional customer experience (CSI-focused service)
• • Greet customers and write repair orders accurately
• • Diagnose customer concerns and recommend services
• • Upsell maintenance, repairs, and additional services
• • Provide estimates for parts, labor, and timelines
• • Communicate effectively with customers and technicians
• • Manage workflow and coordinate with shop dispatch
• • Ensure repair orders are properly documented and closed
• • Maintain consistent follow-up to increase retention
• • Build long-term customer relationships and loyalty

🎯 QUALIFICATIONS

• ✔ 2+ years Automotive Service Advisor experience (REQUIRED)
• ✔ Dealership experience preferred (Chevy / GM a plus)
• ✔ Proven track record of high CSI and sales performance
• ✔ Strong communication & closing skills
• ✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• ✔ Team player with a results-driven mindset
