Automotive receptionist - flow mini of raleigh

Job Location: Flow MINI of Raleigh - Raleigh, NC, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Flow Mini of Raleigh is seeking a receptionist. Candidates should have experience as a receptionist, be professional, able to multitask, and have reliable transportation. Interested candidates are asked to apply to this listing.

Duties Include (but not limited to):

• Answering phone calls and transferring to correct department as needed
• Assist customers checking in for their sales or service appointments
• Data entry
• Basic clerical duties
• Keeping front desk area and waiting lounge clean and stocked
• Occasionally inputting repair orders into our service system
• Assisting the sales, service, and leadership teams wherever needed
