Seeking proven manager.

Automotive Dealership Group seeking experienced AUTOMOTIVE CONTROLLER OFFICE MANAGER, to lead our financial department near Reading, PA. 5 plus years prior experience is required for this position, with references requested. Previous experience with OEM financial statement preparation, Dealertrack DMS, quarterly sales tax, and managing a high-volume office is a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate financial statements for Dealership and Manufacturer
• Manage daily operations for payroll, receivable, payable, human resources
• Consistently communicate with Executive Leadership and management
• Oversight of the financial trends, such as reviewing daily operating reports
• Ensure the dealership meets high standards for financial and human resource process and procedure.
• Compliant with all State & Federal Regulations
• Lead through attention to detail, positive work ethic and attitude, and help set corporate culture and policy.
