We are currently looking for an Associate Project Manager - Substations & Power Infrastructure in Tulsa, Oklahoma to join our growing Data Center team. This individual will play a critical role in delivering the electrical infrastructure that powers some of the largest hyperscale data center campuses in North America. We're seeking someone with hands-on experience building and commissioning substations who can oversee contractors, drive execution, and support projects from construction through energization. Experience with high-voltage systems, relay protection schemes, switchgear, transformers, and Power Management Systems (PMS) is highly desirable.

Core Responsibilities

• Support delivery of utility and campus substations serving hyperscale data center developments.
• Oversee field execution, contractor performance, and project progress through energization.
• Coordinate installation and commissioning of transformers, switchgear, and associated electrical infrastructure.
• Monitor relay protection, controls, and protection scheme implementation.
• Support commissioning activities for systems up to 345kV and medium-voltage distribution networks.
• Coordinate with utilities, contractors, engineers, and client stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate schedule, quality, and construction risks.
• Ensure compliance with project safety and quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience constructing, commissioning, or managing high-voltage substations.
• Strong understanding of relay protection systems and control schemes.
• Knowledge of switchgear, transformers, and Power Management Systems (PMS).
• Experience supporting utility, transmission, distribution, or mission-critical infrastructure projects.
• Ability to read electrical one-lines, protection drawings, and construction documents.
