Launch Lead, PSS Platform Solutions The Launch Lead is part of the Platform Solutions Team responsible for leading the launch strategy and execution for both our new therapies and existing product label expansions, ensuring seamless support for patients via Patient Support Services (PSS). In this role, the Launch Lead will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for launches of all therapies, pipeline or otherwise, driving operational excellence, business value, and measurable outcomes across all launch initiatives. The Launch Lead will own the end-to-end launch roadmap, leading the strategic planning and prioritization of capabilities and enhancements required for successful go-to-market execution. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional partners across PSS and Digital Teams to ensure launch readiness, alignment, and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate is solution-oriented, operationally savvy, creative, highly organized, and flexible, with strong experience managing multiple matrix teams, including external vendors, in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. This position reports to the Director, Platform Solutions and is based in Cambridge, MA.

Main Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with key stakeholders to understand priorities, gather requirements, and ensure solutions are effectively designed and meeting business needs.
• Develop and execute comprehensive launch strategies and timelines for new therapies and label expansions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and patient needs.
• Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert on patient journey workflows, identifying optimization opportunities and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in the design, build, and implementation of any/all related CRM initiatives including writing user stories, participating in grooming sessions, sprint planning, and executing UAT scripts.
• Support PSS data management strategy in the design, integration, and migration activities.
• Partner with the training teams to design and implement cohesive and structured training programs to support our business users.
• Identify, measure, and present the current/future impact of the CRM on current and future pipeline.
• Develop deep knowledge of the patient journey, platforms, and systems used to support our patients and providers.
• Work with our internal and/or external teams to support and or troubleshoot issues as needed.

About You:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience launching new therapies or working within PSS or other bio-pharmaceutical or healthcare experience.

Preferences:

• Strong leadership and analytical skills, ability to deliver on project objectives on time and within budget.
• Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and ecosystems with certification is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead and influence teams without direct authority.
• Highly self-directed; proactively and independently work issues and manage projects with minimal direction.
• Highly collaborative, willing to work cross-functionally to identify solutions and ensure optimal platform readiness for launch therapies.
• Proven ability to communicate and present effectively to senior leaders, cross-functional and cross-organizational teams in a matrix environment.

North America Applicants Only The salary range for this position is: $148,500.00 - $214,500.00 All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience.
