Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic person to join our leadership team as an Assisted Living Coordinator/Scheduler for our Cloquet, MN location.
Responsibilities
- Oversees the non-nursing duties performed by the Resident Assistants, cleaning, meal preparation, etc.
- Conducts small group or one-on-one tenant activities in each house daily.
- Prepares meals for residents with serving and cleaning up.
- Professionally communicating with all Residents, team members, family members, and visitors.
- Trained as a Resident Assistant and is able to step in and assume responsibilities as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned by RN Director.
Position Requirements/Qualifications
- Must be able to maintain a positive and professional attitude.
- Must be a team player.
- Previous experience as a PCA or CNA preferred.
- Must have organizational and planning skills.
- Reliable Transportation along with a Driver’s License.
Physical Demands
Must be able to continuously walk and move throughout the workday and the building.
Environmental Conditions
This position may occasionally be exposed to blood, body fluids or infectious diseases.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a Full-Time position with the ability to be on-call.
