Raptor’s is growing, and we’re looking for dependable, motivated leaders to join our team! We are currently hiring Assistant Managers for the following locations:

• Monticello
• Heber Springs
• Hot Springs Village
• Hot Springs
• Sherwood
• Cabot
• Little Rock

We’re looking for someone who can lead by example, provide great customer service, support the Store Manager, and help keep the location clean, stocked, organized, and running smoothly.

Assistant Manager Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting the Store Manager with daily store operations
• Leading and motivating team members during assigned shifts
• Providing friendly and professional customer service
• Helping train, coach, and develop employees
• Ensuring employees follow company policies and procedures
• Operating the register and handling cash accurately when needed
• Assisting with cash counts, deposits, and shift paperwork
• Maintaining proper cash-control procedures
• Helping manage inventory, stocking, ordering, and product rotation
• Keeping coolers, shelves, displays, and merchandise fully stocked and organized
• Ensuring products are properly priced and displayed
• Maintaining high cleanliness standards throughout the store
• Making sure restrooms, floors, counters, food-service areas, fuel pumps, and outside areas are clean and presentable
• Helping receive and check in vendor deliveries
• Monitoring inventory and helping reduce shortages, waste, and theft
• Ensuring age-verification procedures are followed for restricted products
• Helping resolve customer concerns professionally
• Completing opening and closing responsibilities when assigned
• Communicating store needs, employee concerns, maintenance issues, and operational problems to management
• Stepping into a leadership role when the Store Manager is unavailable
• Helping ensure every shift is productive and all assigned tasks are completed

Physical Requirements:

Applicants should be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods, bending, reaching, stocking merchandise, cleaning, and lifting boxes or products as needed throughout the shift.
