Assistant program director – cornerstone school

The Cornerstone School is a trauma-informed high school located in St. Johnsbury Vermont and is looking for a full-time assistant program director. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the impact trauma has on student functioning, restorative practices, relationship building skills and how to build a positive team culture. Responsibilities include organizing scheduling for staff and students, assisting with staff development and hiring, participating in treatment and IEP team meetings, developing individualized treatment plans for students and providing staff training. Associate degree or a bachelor’s degree and four years of experience and/or training; or demonstrated tenure and experience. This full-time position starts immediately and includes a comprehensive benefits package including tuition reimbursement. The salary range for this position is $50,000-58,000, commensurate with experience.
