Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will optimize the operational systems and processes of the company, maximizing efficiency and profitability. Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of the business
• Work with Ecommerce department
• Oversee warehouse operations and inventory control
• Oversee shipping and receiving
• Set and monitor key performance indicators

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
• Previous experience as an Ecommerce is preferred
• Deep understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Ability to analyze financial data and create budgets and financial forecasts
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Knowledge of sound business practices and financial principles
