You will oversee production, regulatory compliance, human resources, workflow efficiency, and staff training while fostering an environment of teamwork and mutual respect.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Financial & Inventory Control: Assist the Center Director in monitoring production and expenses against the budget. Track inventory to ensure daily operational supplies are always available.
  • Quality Assurance: Participate in center internal audits, assist in developing corrective actions, and handle responsibilities associated with unsuitable units and donors.
  • Supervisory Leadership: Train, monitor, and evaluate staff performance against center plans and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Manage staff schedules, absences, and attendance.
  • Compliance Oversight: Partner with Quality Assurance to manage errors, implement corrective actions, and ensure the center strictly meets regulatory, cGMP, FDA, and customer requirements.

Job Requirements & Competencies:

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of cGMPs, OSHA, CLIA, and FDA regulations, with the ability to interpret and adapt center procedures to maintain compliance.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage, train, and motivate staff at all levels while handling multiple priorities in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience: Four (4) years of experience in the medical field is required, with two (2) years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Education: A college degree in Business Administration, Biological Sciences, or a related program is preferred (equivalent professional experience will be considered).

What We Offer:

In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, wealth, and well-being:

  • Retirement: 401K plan with employer match and immediate vesting.
  • Health & Wellness: Comprehensive Medical, Vision, Life, and Dental Insurance.
  • Peace of Mind: Company-paid Short-Term Disability (STD) and Long-Term Disability (LTD), plus Pet Insurance.
  • Time Off: 3 weeks of Paid Time Off (within the first year) and Company-Paid Holidays.
