Assistant manager

Description: Assist the general manager with the management of all restaurant functions and provide supportive leadership to all staff. Ideal candidate is highly trained and experienced (5+ years in manager role) in the following areas:

• Management of a full-service bar and restaurant
• Hire, train, and monitor performance of restaurant staff (front-of-house)
• Schedule staff to meet service, operational, and financial objectives
• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations and ensure outstanding customer experience is delivered at all times
• Order and monitor restaurant supplies, inventory, and budget
• Compliance with food handling and safety regulations/policies
