Responsibilities:

• Work with our team to establish a positive experience for all guests, and team members in such a way as to improve their day.
• Follow up with guests periodically to verify food quality and guest satisfaction.
• Direct team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
• Train front of house staff in service processes, pos utilization, and guest communication techniques.
• Attend, participate, and lead shift standup meetings.
• Coach staff, train, and deliver feedback in such a way as to improve their ability to deliver on guest expectations, and business goals.

Schedule: 4 to 5 nights per week from 4 to 9 pm, and/or 2 to 3 lunch shifts are available. We are closed Sunday and Monday.
