Position:

Assistant Manager of Operations

Looking for someone with Leadership experience, managing 20+ people with good communication skills. Set the example in giving great customer service, problem solving, coaching & development skills. Able to multi-task, will be supporting multiple areas of the business including C-Store, fuel desk, Restaurants, and HR. Integrity and Accountability needs to be strengths. Business knowledge-payroll, scheduling, understanding of P&L. Good interviewing skills. Need open availability including weekends. Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check. Must have a valid drivers license and are insurable.
