Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the production line.

Identify and resolve chronic and recurring equipment issues.

Plan and manage spare parts inventory to ensure equipment availability.

Execute preventive maintenance activities as per the maintenance schedule.

Conduct in-depth root cause analysis of breakdowns and implement corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with all safety standards and practices.

Support and implement new projects and improvement initiatives.

Monitor and improve equipment performance by maintaining MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures).

Attend equipment breakdowns promptly and carry out effective troubleshooting.

Drive continuous improvement to enhance reliability, productivity, and operational efficiency.

Education Qualification

Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics; Bachelors of Technology

2- 8 years
