About the Fast Casual Assistant Manager Position in Dover, DE:

The Fast Casual Assistant Manager in Dover, DE will support the General Manager in all aspects of daily operations. You will be responsible for leading shifts, coaching team members, ensuring food quality and safety standards, delivering exceptional guest service, and driving sales.
