Salary: $90,000-$105,000 base + bonus.

Upscale Supper Club seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead high-volume service, guest experience, and team performance.

Qualifications: 3-5 years of restaurant management experience within an upscale, high-volume hospitality environment. Proven experience operating in a restaurant generating more than $10M in annual volume. Boston hospitality experience required, with strong knowledge of the local restaurant and nightlife market. Nightlife experience preferred; strong service etiquette and enthusiasm for wine and spirits are highly valued.

Responsibilities: Support daily restaurant and front-of-house operations within a high-volume supper club environment. Lead with warmth, professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail while reinforcing elevated service standards. Guide and support a team of 10 direct reports within a 20+ person operation, fostering accountability and strong hospitality culture. Maintain a polished guest experience across dinner, cocktails, lounge, and late-night service.
