Fairfield Inn & Suites located in Plymouth, MA at 16 Plaza Way is in search of an Assistant General Manager to help lead our team.

The Assistant General Manager will work hand in hand with our experienced General Manager to ensure the smooth operations of the property. This is an amazing opportunity to work with both dynamic coworkers & skilled leadership.

Pay: Salary

Schedule: Mid-shift & evenings- weekends & holiday availability

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Front Office operations management to include, but not limited to, overall guest service, Brand standards, room availability, cost controls and overall profitability, systems use and management, department management, policy and procedure implementation and enforcement and meeting participation and facilitation.
• Monitor and encourage team members performance and assist in training needs. Actively work on coaching, evaluating, and rewarding team members. Assist in scheduling and employee reviews process.
• Monitor guest satisfaction reviews and scores with the General Manager and improve accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with Marriott and Lafrance standards.
• Greet guests and respond to guest inquiries, requests and issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner and resolves guest concerns.
• Manage the housekeeping/laundry department as well as some housekeeping responsibilities.

Prior brand hotel experience preferred

Minimum 1-3 years hotel Front Desk experience OR prior Property Management experience

Detail oriented with emphasis on building guest relationships

Must be available to work a flexible schedule
