Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Director of F&B, Director of Outlets, or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong Food & Beverage operations experience within an upscale hotel or hospitality environment.
• Banquet and event operations experience is a major plus.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and develop service teams.
• Strong financial acumen, including labor management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Hands-on leadership style with a focus on service excellence and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Director of F&B in overseeing daily operations across multiple outlets and banquet services.
• Lead, coach, and develop F&B managers and team members.
• Ensure consistent service standards and an exceptional guest experience.
• Assist with budgeting, labor management, and operational performance.
• Coordinate with culinary, banquet, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless execution.
• Drive revenue, efficiency, and continuous improvement across F&B operations.
