What You'll Do

• Support the Community Manager in daily property operations
• Respond to resident inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow through to resolution
• Support marketing and leasing to keep occupancy high, including social media and community events
• Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, leases, and maintenance

What You Bring

• Property management or customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Property management software experience preferred
