Architectural project manager

A small but busy architectural firm located in Annapolis, MD is seeking a Project Architect/Project Manager to manage their office. The firm specializes in the design and documentation of high-end residential and custom commercial projects. Typical projects include: new construction and additions to commercial structures including restaurants, office buildings, community buildings, religious facilities, recreational facilities, and educational buildings. Management duties will include: marketing, networking, the capacity to do commercial and residential design work, code knowledge, and manage a small office.
