Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and well-developed written and verbal communication skills. Ability to learn quickly, manage competing priorities, and collaborate effectively within lean, cross-functional teams. A proactive mindset, willingness to take ownership, and enthusiasm for tackling complex challenges. Candidates pursuing degrees in engineering, business, finance, economics, environmental studies, construction management, mathematics, or other relevant disciplines are encouraged to apply. Prior internship, research, or project experience is valued but not required.
