Are you curious, motivated, and forward-thinking? At FIS you’ll have the opportunity to work on some of the most challenging and relevant issues in financial services and technology. Our talented people empower us, and we believe in being part of a team that is open, collaborative, entrepreneurial, passionate and above all fun.
You will be responsible for acquiring, structuring, and negotiating contracts for Professional Services and Non-Employee categories such as IT and Technical Services Consulting, Temporary and Contingent Labor, and other Outsourced and Managed Services. This role serves as a Sourcing subject matter expert, partnering with business leaders to optimize financial and operational benefits as well as working with risk managers to mitigate the risks associated with third-party relationships. This role leads the charge in establishing and implementing company policies and procedures towards internal purchases. This individual will also work with suppliers to ensure the company secures the best price possible, while reducing incidental and extraneous cost, all while providing maximum support and value to internal stakeholders.
The Third Party Labor team is part of the Enterprise Supplier Management (procurement) team focused on engaging the right partners to compliment our workforce. A customer-centric mindset is at the heart of everything we do, as our team supports our internal customers and ultimately FIS’ clients. Navigating the complexities of a global business and a challenging labor market, all at the pace of the evolving business, is a key to our team’s success.
The team is responsible for the sourcing, contracting, and relationship management of our supply base, often engaging our executive team in support of their business needs. Additionally, we are focused on transforming the Third Party Labor category through technological innovation, enhancing the customer experience, and operational excellence.
