Salary Range

$37,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Requirements

• Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Bilingual
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Explain complex insurance policy details in a clear and understandable manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
• Process new business applications accurately and efficiently.
• Meet and exceed sales goals set by the agency.
• Stay updated on new products, services, and industry regulations.
