About the Role

The AI Creative Production Coordinator will support the AI Creative Manager in driving the day-to-day execution of AI-generated images. This role will be the key coordination contact between creative, production, studios, and cross-functional partners to translate creative direction into high-quality AI-assisted imagery. From coordinating source assets and running images through AI workflows to reviewing outputs, providing comps, managing timelines, and preparing final assets, you will play a key role in bringing new imagery and asset refreshes to life.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will...

• Work with AI Creative Manager to coordinate daily, weekly and monthly AI production workload needs to ensure final image delivery meets deadlines and priorities.
• Coordinate, organize, and prepare image assets for internal AI tools and workflows in preparation for each site launch and ongoing asset needs.
• Work with AI Creative Manager to partner with creative and cross-functional teams (merchandising, ecom, marketing) to determine product pairings and scene environments for AI-generated images.
• Support AI Creative Manager and Creative Director of Production to build and maintain milestones and to communicate successes and roadblocks.
• Run source imagery through internal AI tools, ensuring assets are properly prepared and meet established creative and technical requirements for product pages and marketing.
• Review and QA all AI-generated images for quality, brand consistency, and product accuracy before routing for review and approval.
• Work with digital color retouchers to improve props, scenes or details needed to enhance the styling and scale of the products.
• Create and present comps, communicate project timelines, and provide clear status updates to ensure alignment across creative and cross-functional partners.
• Work with tech teams to enhance AI tools to streamline process and improve product accuracy.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate issues related to AI outputs, source assets, workflows, or timelines to the appropriate partners.
• Support ongoing AI image requests, including creation of new imagery, asset refreshes, iterations, and updates across digital platforms.
• Support and help evolve Pottery Barn Kids & Teen brand standards for product pages and AI-generated/AI-assisted imagery.

• Formal photography or post-production background
• Experience working with generative AI tools, AI-assisted image creation, or digital asset generation workflows
• Strong visual judgment and ability to evaluate AI-generated imagery against creative direction, brand standards, and source assets
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to evolving AI tools, workflows, and creative technologies
• Worked in fast-paced environments to deliver high-quality work
• Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize workflows, and communicate realistic timelines
• Good eye for quality, lighting and styling
• Degree in Arts, Visual Design or Graphic/Web Design

The expected starting pay range for this position is $31.80-$36.58/hr. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
