Position Overview:

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide high-quality and effective care, unique to each individual patient with a commitment to restoring function.

You will be providing our patients with the most exceptional care in a compassionate atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Average daily patient census: 18-24 scheduled patients
• Perform comprehensive physiological examinations for new patients
• Formulate individualized diagnostic and treatment plans to establish new patients
• Prescribe and administer medications, therapies, and procedures in accordance with guidelines and protocol
• Perform large-joint and trigger point injections (training provided)
• Order lab and imaging tests to determine and manage treatment plans and provide advice on follow up
• Responsible for the coordination of care with specialists and appropriate ancillary services
• Maintain quality of care standards as defined by the practice
• Complete timely and thorough documentation in EHR/EMR platform

Qualifications

• Active NP Colorado and DEA license
• Full prescriptive authority
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
• Experience in pain management, critical care, emergency medicine, or orthopedics preferred but not required
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
