GAMMA SURGERY CENTER LLC is looking for a driven and experienced Administrator to lead operations at our surgery center in Pittsburgh, PA. Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the surgery center to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care
• Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and revenue cycle processes
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
• Lead, mentor, and develop clinical and administrative staff across all departments
• Collaborate with physicians, medical staff, and board members to align on strategic goals
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency
• Monitor quality assurance and patient satisfaction initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in ambulatory surgery center (ASC) or healthcare facility management
• Strong knowledge of ASC regulatory compliance, CMS guidelines, and accreditation standards
• Proven experience with financial management, budgeting, and operational oversight
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with physicians and clinical staff
• Proficiency in healthcare management software and electronic health records (EHR)
