Administrative Assistant - Part Time

Location: 1890 South Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL, USA

Schedule: Monday to Friday, standard business hours.

Pay Range: $19.00 to $25.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

The Administrative Assistant supports daily clinic operations by serving as the front desk receptionist and providing administrative support in a dialysis clinic setting. This role helps create an environment that protects patient privacy, dignity, and well-being while ensuring accurate documentation, professional communication, and dependable coordination across the care team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the clinic front desk and primary point of contact: greet patients and visitors, answer phones, route messages, and support a positive patient experience.
• Maintain and organize patient records and clinic documentation accurately, including new patient chart setup and ongoing file auditing, while protecting confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Provide administrative support to clinic leadership and staff, including data entry, report preparation, and general office coordination.
• Support clinic operations by ordering and managing office and lab supplies, tracking inventory, and keeping work areas stocked and organized.
• Assist with coordination tasks that keep clinic workflows moving, such as traveling patient support, forms/document processing, and other assigned operational needs.
• Follow safety, regulatory, and emergency procedures (OSHA, infection control practices, drills, incident reporting) to support a compliant clinic environment.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Previous experience in medical setting preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft office and outlook.
• Strong communication skills.

Salary Range:

$19.00 - $25.00 / hour depending on experience and qualifications
