Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
  • Build trusted relationships with engineering, technical, procurement, and executive stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand Keysight’s presence within existing and prospective accounts.
  • Develop sales opportunities from initial customer engagement through proposal, negotiation, and order closure.
  • Understand customer technology roadmaps and align Keysight solutions with their business and technical requirements.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and account plans.
  • Work closely with Industry Solution Team, Solution Engineers, Business Development, Inside Sales, and other Keysight resources.
  • Conduct customer meetings, presentations, demonstrations, and business reviews.
  • Develop relationships at multiple levels within customer organizations.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and expanding Keysight’s portfolio across customer organizations.
  • Stay current on semiconductor, AI, networking, data center, wireless, optical, and other emerging technology trends.
  • Negotiate commercially while balancing customer value, competitive positioning, and Keysight’s business objectives.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and establish Keysight as a strategic technology partner.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop customer relationships and identify business opportunities.
  • Strong interest in technology and the ability to learn complex technical concepts.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritize activities based on business impact.

Preferred:

  • 2+ years of sales, account management, business development, or technical customer-facing experience.
  • Experience with semiconductor, AI, networking, data center, optical communications, photonics, or electronic test and measurement technologies.
  • Existing relationships within the Bay Area technology ecosystem.
  • Experience selling complex technical solutions or capital equipment.
  • Technical degree or engineering background.

The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.

California Pay Range: Minimum $215,180.00 Midpoint $286,900.00 Maximum $358,630.00

Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region. This role is eligible for Keysight Results Bonus Program.
