Job Description

Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a Manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a skilled and experienced DIGITAL POWER SOLUTIONS MANAGER to join their team in Uganda.

Job Description

  1. Be responsible for internal and external technical communication, supporting customer requirement clarification and solution presentations.
  2. Be responsible for solution design, product configuration, and technical clarification to support project development and delivery.
  3. Drive collaboration among sales, delivery, R&D, and other related teams to ensure smooth process execution and issue closure.
  4. Be responsible for go-to-market promotion of new products and solutions, supporting market introduction and key project enablement.
  5. Continuously improve solution competitiveness based on market trends and customer needs.

Business Skill

  1. Strong capability in technical communication and customer engagement.
  2. Strong capability in solution design and product configuration.
  3. Strong capability in cross-functional collaboration and process driving.
  4. Strong capability in market requirement analysis and solution promotion.

Professional Knowledge

  1. Familiar with digital energy related products or solutions.
  2. Good understanding of energy storage, PV, power supply, data center energy, or related fields.
  3. Familiar with pre-sales solution design, product selection, and technical support.
  4. Understanding of go-to-market processes and basic project support procedures.
  5. Good industry understanding and competitive analysis capability.
  6. Preferred: Chinese language capability.

Requirements

Years of Working Experience: 5 years and above

Bachelors Degree in a related field
