Address and resolve patient concerns related to inpatient support services in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate closely with clinical teams to ensure support services align with patient care objectives. Represent Inpatient Services in internal committees, management meetings and external engagements as required, and build effective relationships with key stakeholders. Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, support regulatory compliance, and align with C-Care Group inpatient standards and other Group facilities.

Minimum 10 years' experience in healthcare operations or hospital service management, with proven experience managing multiple service lines including billing, housekeeping and catering.
