Role Summary:

Responsible for overseeing all building maintenance and repairs, ensuring the premises, facilities, and equipment remain safe and in good working condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage routine and emergency maintenance, including plumbing, electrical work, air conditioning, painting, and general repairs.
• Conduct regular building inspections and arrange timely repairs.
• Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate external contractors.
• Monitor maintenance costs, materials, and spare parts.
• Maintain service records and ensure work meets safety standards.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Building Maintenance, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant building maintenance experience.
• Strong technical, problem-solving, and team supervision skills.
