Reporting of the role:
This role reports to the Manufacturing PM Leader and Factory Head
Responsibilities of the role:
- Cross departments / plants communication & coordination
- Manufacturing project management in each phase (EVT / DVT, PVT to MP)
- Customer audit / visit activities planning and hosting, introducing factory and showing muscles to customer
- Communicating with key account customers and colleagues from each department / plant
- Optimizing MVA and lead the manufacturing cost reduction program
Qualifications:
- Able to communicate fluently with customer in English
- Strong enthusiasm to invest yourself to learn more manufacturing knowledge from Foundation to Expertise.
- Self-motivated, result oriented and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Factory experience and willing to develop your career in manufacturing & operation is preferred
