Key responsibilities in your new role

• Handle supplier quality events, drive the 8D corrective action process, and lead MRB discussions for risk-based material disposition
• Trace supplier quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement actions to elevate supplier performance
• Plan and execute various supplier audits, including system, process, and pre-qualification audits
• Maintain and continuously optimize the internal Quality Management System to align with evolving automotive standards
• Negotiate quality agreements, specifications, and specific quality requests with external suppliers and foundries.

Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) or a related field
• Solid understanding of semiconductor device physics
• Experience with foundry operations and semiconductor manufacturing processes
• Experience with implementing and auditing Quality Management Systems(QMS, e.g., IATF 16949, VDA 6.3) in the semiconductor industry
• Proficiency in IATF 16949 Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP) and their application in quality management
• Ability to work effectively in multinational and cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to technology development
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, both written and spoken.
