Job Summary

We are seeking a Display Engineering professional to drive execution across display-related development programs and help deliver high-quality products through effective coordination with internal engineering teams and external manufacturing partners. This role offers broad exposure across product development activities and requires the ability to balance technical considerations, business needs, supplier capabilities, and design requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate display engineering activities throughout the product development lifecycle to support program execution and delivery objectives.
• Partner closely with internal teams to evaluate design trade-offs, address technical issues, and support product integration.
• Collaborate with external ODM partners to drive engineering execution, issue resolution, and schedule alignment.
• Support technical discussions related to display technologies, manufacturability, supplier capabilities, and product quality requirements.
• Work across cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate requirements into actionable engineering plans.
• Identify risks, facilitate communication among stakeholders, and help drive timely resolution of development challenges.

Education & Experience Recommended

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Display Engineering, Materials Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in engineering design and solutions, implementation across hardware development lifecycle, or a related field.
• Knowledge of display technologies, hardware development processes, manufacturing, or supplier engagement.
• Familiarity with consumer electronics, computing devices, or related hardware products.
• Experience working with ODM, OEM, or contract manufacturing partners, and is able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the ability to facilitate technical discussions across diverse stakeholders.
