Introduction to the Job

We are looking for a motivated Technical Support Engineer (TSE) with strong technical aptitude and leadership potential. This role provides technical support for customers and internal stakeholders while serving as a development pathway toward future Team Lead responsibilities. The successful candidate will drive technical problem resolution, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and team capability growth.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide technical troubleshooting and support for complex system and product issues.
• Lead issue analysis, root cause investigation, and corrective actions.
• Support customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product performance and service quality.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge-sharing materials.
• Coach and mentor junior engineers while supporting team development initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement in support processes, efficiency, and customer experience.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support, field service, system installation, or engineering environments.
• Experience working with complex equipment, troubleshooting, and customer support.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure.

Experience in semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, or advanced equipment industries is highly preferred.
