Job Description
- Execute FX, fund transfer, and time deposit (TD) transactions.
- Execute DCI and SIP subscription and redemption orders.
- Process DCI and SIP maturity payments and SIP coupon distributions.
- Process CBC media reporting, OTC reporting and tax reporting.
- Support business units in processing promotional cash rebates and BANCA commission booking.
- Collaborate with stakeholders—including Product, IT, branches, and CC—on projects and system enhancements relevant testing.
- Prepare test cases; maintain and track UAT issue logs; conduct testing and retesting; and consolidate test results.
- Review and update training materials and SOPs.
- Prepare and update documentation for RCSA, SCSA, self-assessments, and PDPA reviews.
