職缺說明

Primary responsibilities, include but not limited to

• Finance Operation
  • Lead accounting and process team (20+ team members)
  • The accuracy and timely of the close reporting and financial analysis in accordance with policies
  • Ensure internal controls and compliance are in place
• AI & Process Automation
  • Identify opportunities to automate finance processes (e.g. expense review/payment, collection/invoice processing, reporting)
  • Greater leverage of AI / workflow/ RPA tools (e.g. Copilot, Power Automate, BI tools) to enhance productivity
  • Act as bridge between Finance and IT/digital teams
• Finance Transformation
  • Drive process standardization and optimization
  • Participate in finance digitalization roadmap
  • Reduce manual workload

Lead or support Projects, including but not limited to: finance system implementation, new business model execution, legal structure change, business spin-off, integration post-acquisition etc.

應徵資格

Profile：

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting / Business/ Data Analytics
• 8+ years in Controlling / Finance analytics/ Consulting
• Experience in using GAI/ Copilot, RPA, automation tools in finance
• Experience in Finance transformation, Process Optimization and Project Management
• Experience working with ERP (SAP / Oracle)
• Strong Excel/ Power BI / Data visualization
• Good English writing and verbal capability/ TOEIC 750+
• Able to coordinate and motivate self and demonstrate an ability to transform and upgrade team
