Role Summary

As a Senior IT Integrator, you will be a key driver of end‑to‑end delivery across our Payments and Channels landscape. Combining a holistic view of business needs with a strong technical mindset, you orchestrate cross-team collaboration from the earliest stages of intake through go‑live. You ensure that dependencies are managed, risks are addressed, and stakeholders stay aligned—ultimately enabling smooth, high‑quality delivery in a global environment.

About the Team

You will join the Transaction Services Delivery Tribe within ING Wholesale Banking, collaborating closely with squads and experts across Türkiye and the Netherlands. We work fully Agile, follow DevOps principles, and continuously explore modern technologies, tools, and frameworks. What You’ll Do

• Partner with IT Business Analysts and Solution Architects to shape high-level designs, estimates, and feature slicing.
• Create and maintain delivery plans together with Product Owners from the involved squads.
• Monitor milestones, track progress, and proactively remove impediments.
• Lead identification and management of dependencies, risks, and escalations across teams.
• Maintain strong stakeholder alignment with architects, engineers, journey experts, product owners, and analysts—always with a Minimum Viable Product mindset.
• Support post‑implementation phases to ensure long‑term stability and quality of IT solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Senior-level experience, proficient in all phases of the software development lifecycle and solution delivery for web, client‑server, and cloud environments.
• Background in financial institutions and/or payment systems; experience in roles such as business analyst, project manager, functional analyst, architect, or engineer.
• Strong organizational sensitivity, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work independently with a “make it happen” attitude.
• A bachelor’s or postgraduate degree, plus hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
• Proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset—comfortable asking questions, coaching others, and evaluating problems from multiple angles to craft holistic solutions.
