Employee projects controlling

Join our team as a business partner in project controlling and help drive the financial success of our electric vehicle projects. You will play a key role in ensuring transparency, profitability, and strong performance while supporting data-driven decision-making.

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee the commercial management of projects within the Electrical Systems domain, covering all relevant activities
• Act as a trusted business partner in project controlling
• Manage target costing processes, assess risks and opportunities, and initiate corrective actions
• Perform ad hoc analyses and evaluate evolving assumptions
• Conduct profitability assessments, including make-or-buy decisions
• Support corporate planning processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and mid- to long-term planning

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on finance, mathematics, or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in controlling, ideally within the automotive sector
• Solid understanding of key financial KPIs such as EBIT, ROCE, CE, and DCF
• Strong analytical mindset with a high affinity for numbers and a solution-oriented approach
• Initial experience with SAP PS/CO is a plus
• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in English
