To enrich our Operations department of the Marquardt Group located in Pôle industriel "neopark El fejja" 1153, Mornaguia-la Mannouba, Tunis-El Fejja we are looking for you as Electronics Process Engineer.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SMT / Electronics manufacturing.
• Experience in SPI/AOI programming and optimization, with a focus on improving FPY.
• AOI Viscom experience is required.
• Good knowledge of SMT processes: solder paste printing, component placement, reflow, and IPC-A-610 standards.
• Strong skills in root-cause analysis and process optimization.
• Experience with iTAC traceability systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and equipment suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and sustain SMT production processes to achieve quality, productivity, and cost targets.
• Program, maintain, and continuously improve SPI and AOI inspection systems, with a strong focus on increasing First Pass Yield (FPY) and reducing process defects.
• Create and optimize inspection programs on Viscom AOI systems to ensure reliable defect detection and process control.
• Analyze production and quality issues using structured problem-solving methodologies and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor and optimize SMT processes, including solder paste printing, component placement, and reflow soldering.
• Ensure compliance with IPC-A-610 standards, customer requirements, and internal manufacturing specifications.
• Support new product introductions (NPI), process validations, equipment qualifications, and industrialization activities.
• Utilize iTAC traceability data to identify trends, improve process performance, and support quality investigations.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to resolve technical issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead projects focused on yield improvement, scrap reduction, process stability, and overall manufacturing efficiency.
• Coordinate technical activities with equipment suppliers and service providers to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation, work instructions, PFMEA, control plans, and technical reports.
• Provide technical support and training to operators, technicians, and other production personnel.
