We are looking for a Service Contracts Specialist who will be responsible for managing and administering service contract throughout their lifecycle, ensuring contract accuracy, timely renewals, and compliance with company policies. The role works closely with the Service, Sales, Finance, and Customer Service teams to support contract creation, maintenance, billing, and reporting.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties

  • Preparing contract, Power of Authorization & bank guarantee.
  • Preparing related documents for Tender process and submit documents in the system as well as prepare tender report.
  • Follow up on all customer contract after customer agree on service contract condition.
  • Prepare service contract and duty stamp for service contract.
  • Create and maintain the Service Contracts in SAP.
  • Create and maintain billing plan in SAP.
  • Create and maintain maintenance plan according to service contract for maintenance service order.
  • Prepare letter for customer on service maintenance schedule.
  • Service contract renewals.
  • Follow up on all customer PO including invoicing on service contract.
  • Fulfill duties as assigned by Manager.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related work experience.
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience sales/service department.
  • Knowledge of MS Office.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • The ability to work as an individual, and as part of a team.
  • Able to set own priorities with good time management skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
  • Efficient data entry and compliant handling.
  • Exceptional customer service focus.
  • Comfortable working in a Healthcare environment.
  • SAP experience is preferable.
  • Previous direct customer service experience in a medical/healthcare related industry advantageous.
