Main purpose of the role:

This role serves as a cornerstone in maintaining effective day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless communication, and contributing throughout the jewelry manufacturing process. Support team by facilitating administrative processes, document, system management, pre-investigation and data centricity.

Key accountabilities:

Administrative Support:

• Provide administrative support to PEX team.
• Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
• Conduct special tasks as assigned, such as preparing PR, PO, CER, HRMS and creating a journal and measuring samples for analysis.

Document Management:

Support in creating and revising WI.

Communication:

• Facilitate communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
• Prepare test jobs, testing conditions and official correspondence.
• Follow up status of test jobs with owner to ensure the amount of pieces are not lost and lead time is not too long.

Improvement:

• Create test jobs to support the PEX team.
• Execute testing DOE, collect data per assigned.
• Follow up on the results of the experiment on assigned.
• Initial verify any abnormality, problem and report to owner.
• Summarize the results of the preliminary inspection.

Data Centricity and Reporting:

• Generate routine reports per assigned.
• Report task status and task priority list to team.
• Monitor and Report lead time of test jobs.

Inventory management:

• Regularly reviewing, scrap product pieces which finish testing and inventory control for testing job.
• Generate and review inventory reports regularly to identify trends, slow-moving items and potential issues.

• Reduce the defect rate, scrap rate, and rework rate (%S&R).
• Percentage reduction in operational costs (Cost saving).

Educational background:

High school diploma/Vocational degree/Higher vocational degree or its equivalent or higher is required.

Field of study:

Jewelry industry or a related field.

Pivotal and professional qualifications:

Minimum 1 years’ experience in manufacturing, production environment.

Personal Competencies:

• Able to be flexible in work such as working shifts as assigned.
• Good human relationship.
• Able work well under high pressure within limited timeline.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic statistic skill, measurement tools.

Computer Skills:

MS Office, AX System, Design software (Preferable)

Language Skills:

Thai, Communicable English (both communication and writing)

Other Skills:

Flexible schedule that would include weekends and night shift as of the critical situation of production conditions or as required by circumstance.
