Water Quality (‘WQ”) Platform is part of the Environmental & Applied Solutions reporting segment and is a global leader in water quality analysis and treatment, providing instrumentation and disinfection systems to help analyze and manage the quality of ultra-pure water, portable water, wastewater, groundwater, and ocean water in residential, commercial, industrial, and natural resource applications. Our water quality business provides products under a variety of brands, including Hach, Trojan Technologies, McCrometer and ChemTreat. WQ Asia has sales offices in India, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines.
The Sales Operations and Commercial Excellence Lead is responsible for driving commercial excellence and improving the effectiveness of the Thailand sales organization. This role serves as the operational backbone of the commercial team by leading sales planning, CRM governance, funnel management, forecasting, analytics, performance reporting, commercial processes, and sales productivity initiatives.
The position works closely with Sales, Customer Service, Service, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and regional teams to ensure disciplined execution of commercial processes and achievement of growth objectives.
You will play an integral part in shaping the OpCo and the whole platform’s business in Asia, one of the strongest and highly visible regions with many untapped opportunities. You will work with a team where the goal is to create an environment of continuous improvement, wellness, and open, honest, two-way communication.
