Job Description

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• ติดต่อลูกค้าเป้าหมายจากรายชื่อที่ธนาคารจัดหาให้ เพื่อนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์สินเชื่อที่อยู่อาศัยผ่านทางโทรศัพท์
• ให้คำปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์สินเชื่อที่อยู่อาศัย คุณสมบัติผู้ขอสินเชื่อ และขั้นตอนการสมัครแก่ลูกค้า
• รวบรวม ติดตาม และตรวจสอบเอกสารประกอบการขอสินเชื่อให้ครบถ้วนและถูกต้องตามข้อกำหนดของธนาคาร
• ประสานงานกับลูกค้าและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อสนับสนุนกระบวนการพิจารณาและอนุมัติสินเชื่อ
• แจ้งผลการอนุมัติสินเชื่อ วงเงิน และอัตราดอกเบี้ย พร้อมติดตามความประสงค์ของลูกค้าในการดำเนินการต่อ
• ดูแลและติดตามลูกค้าตลอดกระบวนการจนถึงขั้นตอนการทำสัญญาและจดจำนอง
• สร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้าและผลักดันยอดขายให้บรรลุเป้าหมายที่กำหนด

คุณสมบัติ

• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวช. ขึ้นไป
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Telesales, Telemarketing, Sales หรือธุรกิจสินเชื่อ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ และการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดี
• มีใจรักงานขายและการบริการลูกค้า
• สามารถทำงานภายใต้เป้าหมายและแรงกดดันได้ดี
• มีความสามารถในการติดตามงานและประสานงานหลายฝ่ายได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านสินเชื่อที่อยู่อาศัยหรือผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเงิน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีใบอนุญาตนายหน้าประกันชีวิต (นช) และ/หรือ ใบอนุญาตนายหน้าประกันวินาศภัย (นว) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
