YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Container Administration Administrator, Togo, is responsible for ensuring the effective execution of services in compliance with contractual commitments. The role provides administrative and operational support to the agency’s activities, contributes to the achievement of defined qualitative and quantitative objectives, and ensures adherence to company procedures, strategic directives, and commercial policies.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Manage, file and archive customer documentation.
• Monitor stuffing/unstuffing operations as well as stock inbound and outbound movements.
• Maintain and update the customs register.
• Coordinate agency operations and issue delivery notes.
• Prepare and update internal and external reports and dashboards.
• Train users on CargoWise and ONE TMS systems (file opening and appointment management).
• Provide training and user support on Monday.com.
• Monitor the purchase order approval process and process supplier/service provider invoices.
• Organize and maintain both physical and electronic document archives.
• Handle the collection, receipt and transmission of customer documentation.
• Review and forward service provider invoices to the relevant stakeholders.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

QUALIFICATIONS:

BAC+2

EXPERIENCE:

2 and 3 years in Transit and Logistics

SPECIALIST KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Good knowledge of the Agency’s services.
• Good command of French and English (spoken and written).
• Good computer skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to manage priorities and urgent tasks.
• Respect for confidentiality and discretion.
• Proactive and able to suggest improvements.
• Good writing skills.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented.
• Professional appearance.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
