Primary Objective

To provide assistance with:

• End to end product activation
• Testing of Product functionality and general sequencing
• Testing of Digital Apps and associated Promotions
• Implementation of initiatives and modifications there after
• Training of Customer facing personnel
• Activation of Ambassador Initiatives

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Lifecycle

• Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to retirement.
• Develop new products, enhancements, and commercial initiatives.
• Monitor product profitability and portfolio performance.
• Lead portfolio simplification and product optimization initiatives.

Go-to-Market Execution

• Lead the Implementation of product Launches, services, and promotions.
• Coordinate cross-functional implementation with IT, Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, Finance, and Billing/ VAS.
• Ensure operational readiness through successful product configuration, testing, and deployment.

Training & Product Enablement

• Develop and deliver product training for Customer Care, Retail, Sales, Tele sales, and Distribution teams.
• Produce product guides, FAQs, quick reference materials, and sales enablement tools.
• Ensure frontline teams have a thorough understanding of product features, benefits, pricing, promotions, processes, and customer value propositions.
• Conduct refresher training and knowledge assessments following product launches or portfolio changes.
• Act as the subject matter expert for all consumer products and provide ongoing support to frontline teams.

Subscriber Performance

• Monitor KPIs and recommend initiatives to improve product performance.
• Develop business cases, SDD’s and UAT’s for the Business Risk Team to initiate new products, promotions and pricing changes.

Product Operations & Quality

• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-launch monitoring.
• Ensure pricing, billing, and product configurations are accurate.
• Investigate product issues and drive timely resolution.
• Maintain product documentation and governance standards.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with local and Group teams to deliver Product objectives.
• Present product performance, market insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Product Operations & Quality

• Lead the testing and troubleshooting of all consumer products, including Prepaid, Postpaid, Roaming, eSIM, Digital Services, and Digicel+.
• Coordinate UAT, live testing, and post-launch validation across all relevant systems and activation channels.
• Investigate product configuration, charging, billing, eligibility, renewal, and activation issues.
• Work with Technology, Billing, Group Product, Customer Care, and vendors to resolve defects promptly.
• Document test results, identified issues, corrective actions, and final resolution.
• Confirm that products are functioning accurately before launch and continue monitoring performance after implementation.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of Associate’s Degree in any field of study or prior experience in the given field
• High School Diploma with six or more passed CXC’s (Math and English must be included) and,
• Minimum of one (1) year work experience at any Corporate Establishment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledgeable on Mobile and Digicel+ services
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
