Factory director (operations director) - syria

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Lead and oversee all manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, high productivity, and operational excellence.
• Develop and execute the factory's strategic plans to support business growth and capacity expansion.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production, maintenance, quality, and operational processes.
• Ensure achievement of production targets while optimizing efficiency, resource utilization, and manufacturing costs.
• Provide leadership and direction to department heads, fostering a high-performance culture and organizational development.
• Ensure full compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards while maintaining world-class manufacturing practices.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Age: 40 – 55 years old.
• Experience: Min 10 years of experience in factory management in the FMCG field.
• Nationality: No restrictions.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher. Preference will be given to candidates with qualifications in Industrial Engineering, Applied Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related disciplines.
• Work site: Damascus, Syria.
• Languages: Arabic & English
